We already knew it, but it’s lovely to have to it recognised!

The University of Sheffield has been recognised for its outstanding support for staff after being ranked in the top 100 Stonewall Workplace Equality Index.

It was placed 82nd out of almost 400 organisations across the UK in the nationally recognised league table, which benchmarks organisations according to their support provisions for Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual (LGB) staff.
This year the University rose 24 places and was highlighted as a fully inclusive community to work with staff and students endorsing the institution as a supportive working environment.

Amazing news! We’re aiming for an even bigger leap in the rankings for 2015!
