Womens Day Talks
Saturday 8th March is International Women’s Day, and to coincide with Experience Barnsley’s inspirational look at Barnsley’s Women Against Pit Closures exhibition, the museum are holding a day of talks with the theme of women and body image.

Look At Me: Images of Women and the Body, will see the following guest speakers share their thoughts and views:
1pm – Look at me! Images of Women and Ageing in Popular Culture
with Dr Lorna Warren, Lecturer at University of Sheffield.
