Born in Manhattan, Jeremy Piven started his career as a theater actor. He was raised by parents who were both actors and drama teachers, giving him a strong foundation for his acting career. He attended the Piven Theatre Workshop in Evanston, Illinois, and later Drake University, before leaving to pursue his craft further at prestigious acting institutions in New York.
